Master of Theology (ACT)

Course Description

The Master of Theology (AQF level 9 Masters Research) course has been designed for research to be undertaken in a field of specialisation within traditional theological disciplines (i.e., in the Department of Bible and Language, Department of Christian Thought, or Department of Ministry and Practice), or in interdisciplinary work incorporating the theological disciplines.

Entry Requirements

This degree is open to those who hold a qualification at AQF level 8 or above in Ministry or Theology (such as the ACT’s Bachelor of Theology with honours or Bachelor of Ministry with honours, or Graduate Diploma of Divinity or Masters of Divinity or Masters of Ministry or Master of Arts in Christian Studies). Consideration will also be
given to other factors such as practical experience, maturity and motivation, and the likelihood of satisfactory completion of the academic requirements of the Course.
